In-Mould Labelling (IML) is a premium manufacturing process where a pre-printed polypropylene label is placed inside the mould before the cup is formed. During moulding, the label becomes permanently fused into the cup wall.

This isn’t just decoration; it’s branding built into the product itself. The result is stunning full-colour, high-definition artwork that becomes a single, inseparable unit with the cup.

Because the label and the Stack-Cup™ are both made from the same high-grade polypropylene, our IML cups remain mono-material and fully recyclable at the end of their long life.
