The Ordering Process: 5 Steps to Delivery

We have designed our workflow to be as effortless as possible. Whether you need 50 cups for a wedding or 500,000 for a stadium tour, the process remains the same.

1. Choose Your Cup
Select your vessel. Our core range includes the patented Stack-Cup (Pint/Half-Pint) for festivals, or our standard Eco-Cup range for budget-conscious events.
2. Get A Quote
Tell us your quantity and deadline. We offer tiered pricing: Eco Saver (for early planners), Standard, and Prime Express (for last-minute rushes).
3. Design & Proof
Upload your vector artwork (AI/PDF). Don't have a designer? No problem. Send us your logo and our in-house design team will create a free 3D digital proof for your approval.
4. Production
Once approved, your order hits the production line in Teesside. We use In-Mould Labelling (IML) to fuse your design into the plastic, ensuring a scratch-resistant, photo-quality finish.
5. Dispatch
We quality check your order and pack it for shipping. Tracking is provided the moment it leaves our warehouse, with next-day delivery standard across the UK mainland.

Artwork Guidelines

To get the best result, we recommend supplying artwork in vector format (CMYK). However, our IML technology is capable of printing high-resolution photographs and complex gradients that traditional screen printing cannot handle.
